Cookie Policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) SHD Services, trading as TraderNest, uses on tradernest.ai and app.tradernest.ai. It follows the Dutch Telecommunications Act (article 11.7a) and the GDPR. For everything else about your personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What we use and why
We use cookies that are needed to run TraderNest. If you allow them, we also use statistics cookies on the website and in the app, and marketing cookies to tailor and measure our advertising. The cookie banner has four categories: Necessary, Preferences, Statistics and Marketing. Nothing in the last three runs before you make a choice.
2. Necessary cookies and storage
These are needed to provide the service you ask for, such as signing in, security and remembering your settings. The law does not require consent for them, so they cannot be switched off in the banner. You can still delete them in your browser, but parts of TraderNest will then stop working.

3. Statistics and marketing cookies (only with your consent)
On the website and in the app we use Google Tag Manager with Google Analytics. Google Tag Manager is not loaded at all until you make a choice in the cookie banner that allows Statistics or Marketing. If you choose Necessary only, no statistics or marketing cookies are set and no such data is sent to Google. Google may process this data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. No marketing cookies are active at this moment; if we add them, we list them here first. We keep a record of your choice (a random ID, the time, your choice per category and the page) without your name or IP address, so we can show what you chose. Separately, the website counts page views without cookies and without storing anything on your device; see our Privacy Policy.

4. Third parties you visit through TraderNest
When you pay, you are sent to Stripe Checkout (checkout.stripe.com), and when you sign in with Google you are sent to accounts.google.com. Those services set their own cookies, for example for fraud prevention, under their own cookie policies. TraderNest does not place or read those cookies.
5. Changing your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of the website, or in the app under Account > Profile > Privacy and data > Cookie settings. We then remove the Google cookies from your browser. We ask again after 12 months. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
