Partner Terms
Version: 1.0
Last updated: 2 October 2026
1. Scope
- 1.1These terms apply to everyone who promotes TraderNest with a partner link, partner code, free account, giveaway prizes or any other benefit from SHD Services, trading as TraderNest (KvK 99412896, the Netherlands) (a "Partner"). Your personal deal (commission percentage and period) is shown in your partner dashboard or agreed in writing.
- 1.2 You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent of TraderNest, and you cannot make commitments on our behalf.
2. Always disclose the partnership
- 2.1Every post, video, story, stream, newsletter or message that promotes TraderNest must make clear that it is advertising. Use a clear label at the start, such as "#ad", "Ad", "Paid partnership with TraderNest" or, for a Dutch audience, "#advertentie", and use the platform's own paid-partnership tool where available.
- 2.2 This applies to every benefit, not only money: commissions, free or discounted accounts, and prizes we provide for a giveaway.
- 2.3 When you share a partner link or code, say that you may earn a commission or other benefit from it.
3. Honest claims only
- 3.1 Describe TraderNest as what it is: a trading journal and analytics tool with an AI coach that analyses your own past trades.
- 3.2Never promise or suggest profits, returns, higher win rates or "guaranteed" results, and never say TraderNest gives signals, trade ideas or financial advice.
- 3.3Do not show your own profits or P&L screenshots as a result of using TraderNest. Only share your honest personal experience, and do not invent reviews, testimonials or statistics.
- 3.4 Only use facts about features, prices and offers as they appear on tradernest.ai. Do not create fake urgency (for example a deadline that does not exist).
- 3.5 When you talk about trading, mention that trading crypto and crypto derivatives carries a high risk of loss, and link to our risk disclaimer where you can.
4. Audience and channels
- 4.1 TraderNest is for adults. Do not target or address people under 18, and do not promote TraderNest in channels mainly aimed at minors.
- 4.2 No spam: no unsolicited emails, direct messages or comments in bulk, and no promotion in places where it is not allowed.
- 4.3No paid search ads on "TraderNest" or similar terms, no fake or self-referred signups, no cookie stuffing and no misleading redirects.
- 4.4 Follow the rules of the platforms you use and the advertising rules of the countries you reach, including the Dutch Advertising Code for social media and influencer marketing when you reach a Dutch audience.
5. Commission and payouts
- 5.1 Commission is only paid if a commission deal is shown in your partner dashboard or agreed in writing. It is calculated on payments we actually receive from customers you referred, excluding VAT, for the period of your deal.
- 5.2Commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer's payment. Refunded, charged back or fraudulent payments earn no commission, and commission already paid on them is deducted from your next payout.
- 5.3 We pay out by bank transfer after you send an invoice or payout request with your legal name, address and bank details, usually within 30 days.
- 5.4 If you break these terms, we may withhold commission related to the breach and end the partnership.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for reporting and paying your own income tax, VAT and other taxes on any commission or benefit you receive, in every country where they apply. If you are VAT-registered, include your VAT number on your invoice.
7. Data and brand
- 7.1 Any information about referred users in your dashboard is confidential. Use it only to follow up on your partnership, never share or publish it, and never contact referred users with it.
- 7.2 You may use the TraderNest name and logo only to promote TraderNest in line with these terms, and you must stop when the partnership ends.
8. Changes and termination
- 8.1 Either side can end the partnership at any time. Commission earned correctly before the end date is still paid.
- 8.2 We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes at least 14 days in advance. Dutch law applies.
- 8.3 Questions: [email protected].
