Giveaway Terms

1. Organiser

• 1.1This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is organised by SHD Services, trading as TraderNest, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 99412896, the Netherlands, [email protected] (the "Organiser"). The Organiser provides the prizes and is responsible for this Giveaway.
• 1.2The Giveaway is announced and run together with crypto creator Ted Pillows ("the Partner") in the Ted Pillows community on Substack (tedpillows.substack.com). The Partner announces the Giveaway, collects the entries and chooses the winners on behalf of the Organiser. The Partner is not paid for this Giveaway. Posts about it are a collaboration with TraderNest and are marked as advertising.
• 1.3 The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Substack, X, Discord, Telegram or any other platform it is announced on.

2. Entry period

You can enter from the moment the Partner publishes the giveaway post until 23:59 Central European Time (CET) seven days later. Entries received outside this period do not count.

3. Who can enter

• 3.1 The Giveaway is open to natural persons aged 18 or older who are members of the Ted Pillows community on Substack (tedpillows.substack.com) during the entry period.
• 3.2Employees of SHD Services, the Partner, members of the Partner's team and their direct family members cannot enter.
• 3.3 One entry per person. Multiple accounts, fake accounts or automated entries lead to exclusion.
• 3.4 You cannot enter if the Giveaway is not allowed under the laws of the country where you live.

4. How to enter

• 4.1 To enter, reply to the giveaway post with your answer to the question asked in the post. One entry per person.
• 4.2 Entering is free. You do not have to buy anything, pay anything or start a paid TraderNest subscription to enter or to win. Do not join a paid community only to take part in this Giveaway.

5. Prizes

• 5.1 There are 3 prizes. Each prize is one TraderNest Advanced account free of charge for life (a 100% discount on the Advanced plan, monthly or yearly, with no payment details needed).
• 5.2"For life" means for as long as the winner keeps the account and TraderNest offers its service. Features of the Advanced plan may change over time. If the Advanced plan is discontinued, the winner gets the closest equivalent plan free of charge.
• 5.3 The Organiser values each prize at €1,000 (about three years of the Advanced yearly plan at the current list price). The total prize value of this Giveaway is €3,000.
• 5.4 Prizes are personal and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash or another prize.

6. How winners are chosen and notified

• 6.1There is no random draw. The Partner (Ted Pillows) reads all valid entries and chooses the three best answers, judged on originality and relevance to the question asked in the giveaway post. The winners are announced on the day after the entry period ends. The Organiser keeps a record of the entries and of the Partner's choice.
• 6.2 Winners are notified by a private message within 7 days after the winners are announced. Each winner receives a personal code for lifetime access to TraderNest Advanced, sent privately. Never share your code: anyone who redeems it first gets the prize, and a shared code is not replaced.
• 6.3 A winner who does not respond within 14 days after notification loses the prize. In that case the Partner chooses the next best answer in the same way.
• 6.4 The Organiser may ask a winner to confirm they are 18 or older and meet these terms before the prize is activated.
• 6.5 Nobody from TraderNest or the Partner will ever ask winners for a payment, a password, a seed phrase or exchange API keys with trading rights.

7. Privacy

• 7.1 We use the data of entrants (username and, for winners, the email address of the TraderNest account) only to run this Giveaway and to deliver the prizes. The Organiser is the controller for this data. The Partner only uses entry data to choose the winners.
• 7.2 Entry data is deleted within 3 months after the Giveaway ends. Winner records needed for tax or legal reasons are kept as long as the law requires.
• 7.3 Winners are only announced by username or first name, and only if they agree. See our Privacy Policy for your rights.

8. Other rules

• 8.1 The Organiser may exclude entrants who break these terms, act in bad faith or try to manipulate the Giveaway.
• 8.2 The Organiser may change or end the Giveaway early only for serious reasons, such as fraud or a technical failure, and only in a way that does not harm entrants. Changes are published on this page.
• 8.3 The prize is access to software for journaling and analysing your own trades. It is not financial advice and does not improve or guarantee any trading result. Trading crypto and crypto derivatives carries a high risk of loss. See our risk disclaimer.
• 8.4 The Organiser is not liable for damage resulting from taking part, except in case of intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow this limitation.
• 8.5 These terms are governed by Dutch law.

9. Questions and complaints

Questions or complaints about this Giveaway can be sent to [email protected]with "Giveaway" in the subject line. We confirm receipt within 5 working days and respond in full within 14 days.
