TraderNest offers four subscription tiers, each designed for a different stage of your trading journey. This guide explains exactly what you get with each plan so you can choose the one that fits your needs.

Plan Overview

Here is a quick comparison of all four plans:

Free Plan — $0/month

The Free plan gives you access to the core trading journal with basic features. It is designed to let you explore TraderNest and see if it works for your workflow before committing to a paid plan. No credit card is required.

What is included:

1. CSV import — Upload your trades manually from any supported exchange.
2. 1 exchange account — Connect one exchange (CSV only, no API auto-sync).
3. Basic dashboard — 4 fixed dashboard widgets: Cumulative P&L, Trading Calendar, KPI summary, and Trade Exit Outcomes.
4. 3 months trade history — View your most recent 3 months of trades.
5. Pattern detection (preview) — AI Hawk detects your behavioral patterns, but details are blurred. You can see pattern names and total estimated cost, but the specific analysis requires a paid plan.
6. Demo account — Explore a demo account with approximately 500 sample trades to see what the full platform looks like.

What is NOT included: API auto-sync, strategies, rules, AI Hawk Chat, Academy, Insights pages, Reports, trade export, communities, teams.

Starter Plan — $24.95/month or $239.40/year (save 20%)

The Starter plan unlocks the full trading journal experience plus AI coaching. This is the right plan for individual traders who want to use TraderNest as their primary journaling and improvement tool.

Everything in Free, plus:

1. API auto-sync — Connect exchanges via API for automatic trade syncing.
2. Up to 3 exchange accounts — Connect multiple exchanges simultaneously.
3. Full dashboard — All dashboard widgets unlocked.
4. Unlimited trade history — No 3-month limit.
5. AI Hawk — Hawk Eyes — Full pattern detection with detailed analysis, specific trade examples, and actionable suggestions.
6. AI Hawk — Hawk Chat — 30 AI credits per month for interactive coaching conversations.
7. Strategies & Rules — Create up to 5 strategies with up to 15 rules total.
8. Plan vs Actual analysis — See what your P&L would be with perfect discipline.
9. Insights pages — Time, R:R, Duration, Pair, and Fee analysis.
10. Academy access — Full access to courses, exercises, and sprints.
11. Community access — Join communities and participate in group sprints.
12. Trade export — Export your trade data to CSV.
13. 500 screenshot uploads — Attach chart screenshots to your trades.

Advanced Plan — $39.95/month or $359.40/year (save 25%)

The Advanced plan is for serious traders who want maximum AI coaching, unlimited capabilities, and team features. This is the right plan if you are a professional trader, mentor, or team leader.

Everything in Starter, plus:

1. Up to 10 exchange accounts — Connect as many exchanges as you need.
2. AI Hawk — Hawk Chat (unlimited) — No credit limit on AI coaching conversations.
3. AI Hawk — Hawk Alerts — Proactive AI notifications via email, push, and in-app when patterns worsen.
4. Unlimited strategies & rules — No limits on how many strategies and rules you create.
5. Custom P&L cards — Create custom dashboard widgets with your own metrics.
6. Create communities — Build and manage your own trading community.
7. Team Workspaces — Create workspaces for prop firms, teams, or study groups.
8. Unlimited screenshot uploads

Enterprise Plan — Custom Pricing

The Enterprise plan is designed for proprietary trading firms, large trading teams, and organizations that need custom configurations, volume pricing, or dedicated support.

Monthly vs. Yearly Billing

All paid plans are available with monthly or yearly billing:

Yearly plans are billed as a single annual charge. There is no long-term contract — you can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
