TraderNest offers tiered subscription plans designed to grow with your trading journey. Whether you are just getting serious about journaling or you need advanced AI coaching and team features, there is a plan that fits. This guide walks you through the upgrade process, pricing, and what you get with each tier.

Starter Plan — $24.95/month
The Starter plan is ideal for traders who want full trade syncing, strategy building, and AI coaching. It includes:
- API auto-sync for up to 5 exchange accounts
- Full dashboard with all widgets
- 5 strategies with up to 15 rules
- Hawk Chat with 30 AI credits per month
- Full pattern detection with detailed breakdowns

- All 5 Insights pages

The Advanced plan is for serious traders who want unlimited AI coaching, proactive alerts, and team features. It includes everything in Starter, plus:

How to Upgrade
Open Settings
Click on Settings in the left sidebar of the TraderNest app.
Go to Billing
Click on the Billing tab within Settings.
Choose Your Plan
Review the plan comparison and click "Upgrade" on the plan you want (Starter or Advanced).
Select Billing Cycle
Choose between monthly or yearly billing. Yearly billing saves you 20% on Starter and 25% on Advanced.
Enter Payment Details
Enter your credit or debit card details in the secure Stripe payment form. TraderNest uses Stripe for all payment processing — your card details are never stored on our servers.
Confirm and Start
Click "Confirm Payment" to finalize your upgrade. All new features are unlocked instantly. If you have exchange API keys configured, auto-sync will begin immediately.
How Billing Works
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You are charged on the date you upgrade, and then on the same day each month (or year, for annual plans). You will receive an email receipt for each payment.
Changing or Downgrading Plans
You can change your plan at any time from Settings > Billing. If you upgrade from Starter to Advanced, the change takes effect immediately and your billing is prorated. If you downgrade, you retain access to your current plan features until the end of your current billing period, after which the lower plan takes effect.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with TraderNest, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, no partial refunds are offered for unused time, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
